All my recipes are Raw Vegan with exception that we eat our own quail eggs. Not just to be Raw Vegan but also because I have found it to be the best way to preserve the astonishing tastes, nutrients, and colors of the natural ingredients.

Sometimes I allow myself to use ingredients that are not considered 100 percent raw, but these are often in very small amounts (like some seasonings or spices) or just because it´s not always possible to get it 100 percent raw (like frozen veggies or cashews) We also eat cooked beans and potatoes sometimes, because they still have many benefits for the body, but can not be eaten raw. But hey, this is not a religion and if you eat 99 percent raw, then you still get more benefits of the food in it´s natural, non destroyed form than most of the people in the world, vegans included 🙂
