I was hungry and having a sweet tooth the other day... I had some fruits in the fridge that were about to expire... I have tons of strawberries in the freezer... Voilà - the strawberry soup was born. With a small trick to make it more filling and hunger satiating. Find out bellow 🙂
Ingredients 2 portions:
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 Tbsp psyllium
- 2tsp xylitol
- 1 lemon juice
- fruits of your choice
- 1tsp cinnamon

- Chop the fruits for sallad
- Mix them with cinnamon
- Blend rest of the ingredients in a high speed blender
- Let the psyllium swell and thicken the soup for 15 minutes
- serve cold or wam up luke warm
