I was hungry and having a sweet tooth the other day... I had some fruits in the fridge that were about to expire... I have tons of strawberries in the freezer... Voilà - the strawberry soup was born. With a small trick to make it more filling and hunger satiating. Find out bellow 🙂

Ingredients 2 portions:

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp psyllium
  • 2tsp xylitol
  • 1 lemon juice
  • fruits of your choice
  • 1tsp cinnamon

  • Chop the fruits for sallad
  • Mix them with cinnamon
  • Blend rest of the ingredients in a high speed blender
  • Let the psyllium swell and thicken the soup for 15 minutes
  • serve cold or wam up luke warm
