Raw nacho cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup cashews
  •  juice from half lemon
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1tsp of each onion and garlic powder
  • 1tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
  • 1tbsp chopped jalapeno or chilli peppers
  • 2 cups water
  • organic vegetable stock powder

 

I found this recipe on internet and made an raw version of it. We love to have this cheese on pizza, as a dip for veggies or crackers

Pour water in a high speed blender, add vegetable stock according the instructions on your product. If you use powder without salt, add some salt after your preferences. Add all the other ingredients. Blend on high speed until it gets creamy and lukewarm.
