Ingredients:
- Kale leaves
- Broccoli
- green onions
- cherry tomatoes
- organic vegetable stock powder
- olive oil
- water
- dried basil
Take what ratio of vegetables you wish and how much you want. I can promise you, that you want to make a lot of this (and all others) soup if you like the warmy, savory taste sensation of a real soup. The soup will be even better the day after, just put it in the fridge overnight.
Whisk the vegetable stock powder in the water (count with 2 cups per person). Chop all the vegetables but tomatoes to a small pieces. Put all in the pot, pour the water and oil over (veggies should be all covered by water) and let get warm for 3 hours minimum. You can use your dehydrator or oven on 45 degrees Celsius (115F).
Tips: If you like soups, I can really recommend you buy yourself a sous vide slow cooker, where you can set the temperature on max 45 (115F) degree. I use mine several times a week, especially in the vinter. You safe the energy and it´s very practical - you can fill the sous vide with your ingredients and then you can just keep it warm through out the day and just go and get yourself a bowl of soup anytime you want.
