Red lentils with glass noodles

1 portion ingredients :

  • 50g glass noodles from mung beans or rice
  • 1 cup soaked red lentils
  • big bunch of basil
  • my Prawmesan cheese
  • salt,
  • 1Tbsp flax seed oil
  • 1tsp garlic powder

 

Warm up 1 liter of water to finger warm, put in glass noodles and let soak soft, drain. Soak red lentils for 3 hours, change water several times. Stir together noodles, lentils, garlic, salt and oil in a bowl. Put the bowl into the dehydrator or oven or in a slow cooker on 45 degrees and let get nice and warmy. 

Top with chopped basil and Prawmesan cheese

Tips: You can even use sprouted lentils for more taste. Sprout them for three days in a big jar, wash them 4 times per day.
