Mushroom neatballs

These balls are so good, that I had to nibble the mixture while forming the balls. Irritating being already full when it´s time to eat 😀

Ingredients for two servings:

  • 5 big mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sprouted rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Tamari
  • 2 cloves garlic

Chop the mushrooms and garlic in pieces and massage them with a mixture of olive oil and tamari.

Marinate for several hours or overnight

Put everything into a food processor and pulse until desired texture

Let soak for a couple of hours, eventually, add some more oats if needed

Form small balls and serve for example with dill sauce

Tips: You can even dehydrate them to get a warm meal
