You know you should eat seeds for the health benefits... This is the perfect way to get them

Ingredients:

  • 100g chia seeds
  • 100g sesame seeds
  • 100g buckwheat
  • 100g flax seeds
  • 150g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g sunflower seeds

Just imagine how good it tastes together with the butter on 🙂

Spice it up with whatever you like. I use rosemary  powder, salt, anise, caraway, fennel, thyme, oregano.

Mix with 3 cups water and let soak couple of hours

Spread on a sheet for dehydrator, make a thin layer. If you use parchment paper, oil it before

Dehydrate for 15 hours, flip over half way through and take away the paper
