
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup oat flour (raw sprouted oats)
- 2Tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 3 Tsp psyllium
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together and let soak a while
Create 4 small buns
Dehydrate for three hours on 45 degrees C (115F), than cut in the middle and dehydrate some more until desired consistency
