
Ingredients:
For the bottoms: 50g mullberries, 500g almonds ground, 2 Tbsp coconut oil
For the filling:
- 200g coconut flesh
- 5 Tbsp coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup
- pinch of vanilla and lemon zest
Soak mulberries for at least 2 hours
Put soaked mulberries, ground almonds and coconut oil in food processor
Process until sticky mass occure
Press the mass in the bottom of silicon forms
Put in the freezer so the get firm enough to take out of the forms


Blend all the ingredients for the filling in a high speed blender
Fill the basket forms with the cream
Garnish with fruits....
.... and may be some chocolate sauce...
Just take the recipe for the chocolate and pour over while still warm
