
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/2 cup carob
- 1/2 cup cacao
Melt coconut oil and whisk all ingredients together really smooth. Use small paper forms or silicon form like he one on the picture. If you want you can place nuts, or nut cream or dried fruits in the forms too. Pour chocolate in the forms and put in the freezer to harden. Store in the fridge


TIPS: You can adapt the amount of sweetener and cacao after your personal preferences. I love my chocolate really, really dark. With agave syrup it will not taste bitter, but keeps nice fruity flavour even when it´s very dark
