Is there anything as easy to make, and yet so healthy and loaded with nutritions as chia puddings? The variety is totally endless and you don't ever have to eat the same twice. The principles are so easy:

Nut or oat milk - you don't even have to make a milk first - you just take the ingredients and blend them together. You'll get richer and thicker pudding than if you used only milk.

You can even blend in fruits or sweeteners directly in the pudding mass 

Garnish with nuts and fresh or dried fruits, cinnamon, lemon zest, cardamom, ...

Put in the fridge. Can be stored for several days

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of nuts, hemp seeds, coconut, oats,... (or 3 cups of nut milk)
  • 2 cups of water (skip the water if you use nut milk)
  • fruits, nuts, sweeteners of your choice
  • 10 tbsp chia seeds

The pudding on the picture to the left is made of coconut flesh and hemp seeds blended with water, 10 fresh apricots, agave syrup, cinnamon extract, lemon juice. Loaded with walnuts, dried goji and mulberries, pieces of fresh apricot, cinnamon.

Or why not make it even more fun and playfull?

Plain chia pudding in the bottom

Fruit cream on the top. Just blend whatever fruit you like with almonds, cashews or coconut.

Season with lemon juice, vanilla, spices

Garnish with mint, fruits, nuts.
