Coconut yoghurt

Do you also love yoghurt as much as I do? I thought I will miss it when going raw vegan, but the fact is, that this one is the real deal. With all the benefits from probiotics and coconut and no negatives from dairy.

It can´t get any easier then this:

  • take 1 fresh coconut (or 3 cups of coconut milk) and blend the flesh with water in high speed blender.
  • add one capsule probiotics (just the content of it) stir in the coconut milk and pour into glass jar
  • put a piece of cloth on the top of the jar
  • keep warm (slightly warmer than room temperature) until it gets the sourness you like. Stir occasionally

Tips:

You can use an oven or dehydrator or place it on a heater. Temperature should be between 30 -40 degrees (85 -105F)

Store in the fridge, it will last several days

Don´t use the walnut/maple syrup combination as shown on the picture. It´s too good to be true and you will cry when it´s gone
