Pancakes like this are great when you get tired of the salads as they are. You can put almost anything in the mixture and by adding some psyllium or flax seeds you make sure it sticks together and creates a pancake-ish dish 🙂

Ingredients for 2 pancakes:

  • 6 leaves of kale
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp psyllium
  • 2Tbsp each Nama Shoyu and Nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper

Ingredients for the filling:

  • salad of your choice
  • nice dressing or sauce

I used mayo blended with my own pesto

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, but do not over blend. Its good with some texture still in it

Use only the leafy parts of the kale, not stalks

Pour over on a dehydrator sheet or parchment paper and dehydrate for 6 hour. Flip over half time

Stuff the pancakes with good salad and pour over some yummy sauce.
