
Ingredients for 5 burgers:
- 2 tomatoes, salad leaves, 1/2 cucumber for garnish
- 5 portobello mushrooms, olive oil, tamari for the bun
- 1 red beet, 1 red bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1/2 leek, 3 Tbsp psyllium for the burgers

Cut the mushrooms in two halves and marinate them for half an hour in oil with a stench of tamari
Put ingredients for the burgers in fodd processor and shred them in small pieces
Blend with salt after your preferences and psyllium, form 5 burger patties
