Curry wraps

This meal has a strange story behind. It is actually created from leftovers from other meals. First the wraps are made mainly from the juicing pulp and then the filling is a leftover from the Curry stew the day earlier. Usually our dogs benefit from the vegetable leftovers, but this time the amount was too big and since I never throw food away, I had to come up with something

The procedure is creative and simple:

For the wraps take any pulp from juicing greens or any greens you have at hand (those you´ll have to blend). Blend with salt, some water and ground flax seeds until you get a sticky thick mass. Let it soak a while. You can season it with herbs of your choice, even tamari, garlic, vegetable stock powder will work. Whatever you fancy. Spread on the dehydrator sheet and dehydrate over night. If you over dehydrate it you´ll get crackers instead, or just spread the filling on it and let it soak the moisture from it to soften it up before rolling up and cut into pieces.

Tips: This meal can be stored in the fridge for couple of days, it only gets tastier with time
