When you want to get warm in a cold weather and still stay on RAW food - the satiating ingredients like lentils and hot spices like thai sweet chili sauce and chili pepper will do the trick. I promise!
Ingredients 2 servings:
1,5 - 2 cups red lentils
4 big tomatoes
Dried garlic, basil, oregano
Chili sauce or ketchup
Thai sweet chili sauce (the amount is your choice)
Chili pepper, hemp seeds, sprouts to garnish

Place lentils at the bottom of a slow cooker pott, or a pan.
Pour chili sauce or ketchup over, so it gets slightly covered
Pour some water, ad little by little while stirring all together, until the lentils are all covered with the mixture, no lentil above the liquid. If you put too much water, you'll get a delicious soup, so don't be afraid of it.
Place the tomato slices on top of the mixture (see pictures bellow) and season with pinch of salt, garlic, oregano, basil
Put on a low heat in a slow cooker or in the oven for 3 hours or until the lentils get soaked
Garnish with sprouts, chili pepper, hemp seeds. The seed cracker goes well together with this meal.
