I can't really take credit for this soup, since I got inspired by this recipe: https://www.livesimplynatural.com/raw-vegan-broccoli-cheese-soup/print/15872/

However, when I made the soup, it came out plain and quite bland, like a canned baby food. May be I have too fancy taste buds 🙂 

So if you want more refined taste to this otherwise great idea for a soup, add this to the original recipe:

Extra ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1tbsp vegan vegetable stock powder

For garnish:

  • 1tbsp good olive oil per serving
  • sprouts
  • hemp seeds

After blending I put the soup to my slow cooker and warmed it up on 45 degree (115 F) for half an hour, to get the flavours marry nicely. Goes together really well with my bread cracker and butter
