Celery soup

  • When you want more than just a salad. This soup lasts for 4 servings
  • 1 bulb celery with blast
  • 2 big carrots
  • 4 big mushrooms
  • 3 green onions
  • 3Tbsp of vegan vegetable fond or vegetable stock powder, salt
  • 5 cups water
  • Chop and grate the veggies, put them in a pot with rest of the ingredients and put in the oven on 45 degrees C (115F) for at least 4 hours or more. I use my Klarstein sous vide/slowcooker
