
- When you want more than just a salad. This soup lasts for 4 servings
- 1 bulb celery with blast
- 2 big carrots
- 4 big mushrooms
- 3 green onions
- 3Tbsp of vegan vegetable fond or vegetable stock powder, salt
- 5 cups water
- Chop and grate the veggies, put them in a pot with rest of the ingredients and put in the oven on 45 degrees C (115F) for at least 4 hours or more. I use my Klarstein sous vide/slowcooker
