
Ingredients:
- Equal amount of cashews and almonds, not soaked
- nutritional yeast
- salt
Grind cashews and almonds in a blender, but be careful so they don´t turn to butter. Add salt and nutritional yeast after your taste preferences, so you get salty, cheesy raw vegan parmesan.
As a former parmesan cheese lover I am really happy I had come up with this raw vegan version. It is so good I could eat it as it is. Taste sensation in the same class as with the real stuff
